Thank you so much for joining us on this journey. We are honored to be of service in this way, and cannot wait to see what unfolds.
Please know that this is a place for you to explore and deepen your awareness. There will be times where you will feel stretched, and our hope is to support you in a way that expands you into the life you have already begun creating for yourself.
This shared agreement will help to establish a solid foundation to begin our work together. Please read this information carefully and sign at the bottom to let us know you are fully in!

AGREEMENT
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the details of us working together, so that You and We are all clear as to our respective roles and agreements, how our communication will take place, and so that our time can be positive, productive, and free of confusion.
This Agreement is being made between Lauren Pasas & all associates at InnerLoom and the undersigned individual, (referred to as "You", "Your" or "Student").
We both understand and legally agree to the following:
As the Facilitators, You can expect Us to:

Be fully prepared and engaged during our time together

Support You with trauma informed care attuned to your basic needs and embodied desires for this work

Hold You accountable and inspire You to pursue edges for growth and capacity building

Be supportive guides and facilitators for the best and highest good of all that You are creating

Use appropriate modalities, resources and material to further your education and clarify what is happening for You during the training.
NOTE: While personal healing often occurs as a result of the somatic tools experienced in this work, the training itself is not focussed on unpacking individual traumas, and is not a therapy group. As such, your facilitators should not be expected to provide 1:1 therapy to students within the course, nor be available for individual support outside of your included 45 minute session.
Separate 1:1 Somatic Processing Sessions are able to be purchased (with a 50% discount offered to students of selected courses) should you wish to receive more focussed support beyond this training.
As the Student, we hope for You to:

Be on time and prepared for sessions

Do the best that you can to achieve personal assignments with the intention of getting the most out of the program

Feel open to ask questions or bring awareness to any concerns with what you are receiving from the work

Take ownership of, and responsibility for the results received during our time together

Practice inclusivity and unconditional positive regard when available except in the presence of harmful behaviour, violence and racism (our intention is to provide tools and awareness for conflict resolution if anything arises in the container to be addressed).

Promptly provide each payment as required (if you have a payment plan)
Investment:
In joining InnerLoom's Trainings, You are proving to yourself that You are ready for expansion and change. Understandably, this can't happen overnight, so we have tailored our programs to begin with an initial commitment over the designated duration of each course. We have found that by working together over time, truely sustainable shifts can occur, and information or practices can be more deeply understood. This allows us an opportunity to really sink into Your journey and see amazing results.
The option to extend into ongoing trainings beyond this period is available and encouraged, a decision that will become clearer after experiencing just what is possible.
Payment:
You agree that You are financially willing and able to invest in this program by choice. By signing this Agreement, You acknowledge that You will make all required payments for this course, over the period dictated by your payment option (1, 2, 3, 5 monthly payments or customised plans), and are aware of the cancellation/refund policy outlined within this document. Payments are processed using Stripe, and as such, any charges/receipts will be issued electronically.
● If paying in full:
Your investment is made as one payment to cover the full course, and must be made upfront upon enrolment in the Program.
● If paying by instalments:
Your investment is broken up into a designated number of payments to reach the full investment price. Instalment payments will be due in monthly increments from the date of your first payment until total amount is collected.
Payment Authorization and Receipt:
If paying by debit card or credit card, You give us permission to automatically charge Your credit card or debit card as payment for Your Program, whether in full or by instalments, for any unpaid charges, without any additional authorization, and You will receive an electronic receipt. Should You need to use a different credit card for a payment, You are to notify us in advance of when a payment is due as to Your new credit card information.
Missed Payment:
If payment is not received by the date due or there is a problem with the payment transaction or method, You will be notified by e-mail and then have a 5 business days grace period to make the payment following the due date. If no payment is made within the 5 business day grace period an 5% late fee will be applied and charged to Your credit card or debit card after 5 days. Should You fail to make payments due on time and have not corrected the situation within the 5 day grace period, I reserve the right to terminate yYou from the Program and You may be immediately responsible for payment of the remaining balance of the Program.
Chargebacks:
You agree to not make any chargebacks or disputes, or cancel the credit card or debit card that is provided as security for Your participation in this Program, without any prior written consent. You are responsible for any fees associated with recouping payment on chargebacks and any collection fees associated with a chargeback. By signing below, You agree that You will not issue a chargeback for any payment made as yYou are fully aware of this Refund Policy and voluntarily consenting to it. Should You attempt to issue a chargeback with Your credit card company, this Agreement will automatically terminate upon such attempt, regardless of whether the attempt is successful or not, and You will still remain contractually responsible for payment in full for the Program.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
It is My intention for You to be happy with Your Program. Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and providing this tailored service, no refund of investments will be provided. As previously noted, a dialogue with Your Mentor is available, and encouraged, to discuss any concerns or hesitations as they arise. Unless otherwise provided by law, You acknowledge that all sales are final and that I do not offer refunds for any portion of Your payment, for any part of the Program, at any time.
Should You cease to show up, or choose not to uphold the expectations requested of You as the Student, support will continue to be offered to You within the scope of the program, and Your financial commitment will likewise continue to be binding. Being accountable to commit to the full period of working together allows You to be supported through any challenges that may arise, and to receive the magic of expansion and evolution that awaits You on the other side.
If you cannot make a LIVE call or in-person class:
Please notify Lauren as soon as you can. Your presence and participation will be needed to fully complete the training in order to progress forward in our long term programs. In some cases, recorded classes or one-off assessments may be available for the student to remain current in the course. Should conditions arise that means You cannot complete a training, or cannot attend at the scheduled times, we will discuss transferring You to a later offering of the same course, or alternate options for how your investment may be utilised in other ways.
CLIENT DECLARATION
By accepting this agreement I declare that I have read and understand the information provided within this agreement, and willingly choose to enrol in the purchased training course or event, whether online or in-person. I am aware of my role as a student, and commit to the associated obligations.
